Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking. MTM will contact the customer to discuss the job and agree any next steps.
Site access
Customers should provide safe access details, accurate location information and any important site instructions before attendance.
Quotes and payment
Any costs, quotes, invoice terms or payment arrangements should be confirmed directly with MTM before work is carried out.
Safety
Customers should not operate unsafe machinery or attempt repairs that could cause injury. Urgent safety concerns should be handled appropriately on site.
Website information
Service descriptions are general and can be updated as the business grows. MTM can confirm whether a specific machine, location or job type can be covered.
